Three Hyperscale Data Centers with Contracted Near-term Power

EdgeCore's Reno campus is located just 250 miles and three milliseconds from Silicon Valley in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center. Upon completion, the campus will total nearly   1M sq ft of space and have the capability to support 216 MW of critical IT load. As land in the Bay Area becomes scarcer and power availability challenges continue to increase, Reno provides scalable, reliable hyperscale data center solutions through sub-three millisecond latency to Silicon Valley, low-cost utility power (including renewable options), and a water usage effectiveness (WUE) rating below .01 L/kWh.

Our Community Impact in Greater Reno

EdgeCore’s community engagement program focuses specifically on serving the needs of citizens in Storey County, which is home to EdgeCore’s metro Reno data center campus. Since 2023, EdgeCore has made meaningful contributions in the community, providing the Storey County Sheriff's Department with new portable radios and a search and rescue vehicle for enhanced EMS capabilities, and enabling the Storey County Health and Community Services Department to expand veterans’ employment services and improve food and nutritional care for residents.

Our Commitment to Sustainability in Greater Reno

Water scarcity has become a major concern throughout the western U.S. and communities like Storey County, Nevada  are focused on water conservation in response. EdgeCore shares this same concern for protecting our natural resources, and as such, we implemented an air-cooled design at our Reno data center campus which utilizes very little water to cool our facilities. The ultra-efficient close-looped chilled water system carries an industry benchmark water usage effectiveness (WUE) rating below .01 L/kWh—a benefit to the environment and the local community.

Locations that matter

EdgeCore's six U.S. markets were chosen for their combination of available power, land suitable for 300+ MW campuses, and proximity to hyperscale demand. With data center supply constraints tightening exponentially, EdgeCore’s near-term power and construction delivery dates are some of the earliest in the industry.
