A Gigascale Campus Neighboring Northern Virginia
EdgeCore's 1.1+ GW Louisa County campus is located within network striking distance from Ashburn in the Shannon Hill Regional Business Park. At full build-out, the campus is planned for 3.1M sq ft of high-density space. By investing in land in central Virginia, EdgeCore provides hyperscale customers with Northern Virginia adjacency and ample room to scale in a cost-effective manner.

Building trust through responsible action
EdgeCore is committed to making a positive impact on the environment and the communities we build in.
As EdgeCore has done with its data center campuses in other markets, we will employ our community-first approach in Louisa County. Residents can expect EdgeCore’s development to generate tax revenue, economic growth and jobs, as well as have minimal impact on local water supplies and the surrounding Central Virginia landscape.
Importantly, EdgeCore’s data centers in Louisa County will utilize ultra-efficient closed loop chilled water systems that require nearly no water to recharge their effectiveness. This type of cooling system carries a water usage effectiveness (WUE) rating below .01 L/kWh—a benefit to both the environment and our tenants’ total cost of ownership.
Locations that matter
EdgeCore's six U.S. markets were chosen for their combination of available power, land suitable for 300+ MW campuses, and proximity to hyperscale demand. With data center supply constraints tightening exponentially, EdgeCore’s near-term power and construction delivery dates are some of the earliest in the industry.
