Northern Virginia is the world's most critically important data center market, but capacity constraints are tightening. EdgeCore's two Ashburn locations, located less than two miles apart on Maries Road and Moran Road in Sterling, provide near-term land and power availability for businesses searching for strategically located infrastructure. The sites are planned to accommodate a combined 685,000 sq. ft. of space and 114 MW of critical IT load, with initial delivery in 2026.
