EdgeCore’s two Ashburn campuses are located less than two miles from one another in the data center capital of the world. Situated on Maries Road and Moran Road in Sterling, our Northern Virginia sites are planned to accommodate a total of 608,000 sq. ft. of space and have the capacity to support a combined 114 MW of critical IT load between the two facilities upon delivery in 2026.
