Jeremy is responsible for EdgeCore sales and leasing activities related to a select group of leading hyperscale, technology, and digitally centric companies, and collaboratively developing and executing data center solutions capable of meeting clients’ unique and evolving requirements.
With 9+ years data center industry experience in both advisory and principal roles, Jeremy utilizes his broad transaction experience and insight into clients’ growth strategies to develop client-specific commercial solutions that enable consistent and optimized expansion across markets, while supporting clients’ unique scalability, economic, technical, and sustainability objectives.
Prior to joining EdgeCore, Jeremy helped grow CBRE’s Data Center Solutions, Advisory & Transaction Services business globally. At CBRE, Jeremy held roles of increasing responsibility, most recently leading the organization’s revenue and market share growth initiatives as Business Development Manager. During his tenure, the Data Center Solutions organization completed data center transactions in excess of $5.7 billion. Jeremy participated in the CBRE Data Center Solutions Executive Committee and is Treasurer of the Board for the Rocky Mountain AFCOM Chapter.
Jeremy holds a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University and attended Pepperdine University.
