Bill leads community engagement programs nationwide for both existing EdgeCore data center markets and prospective new markets with the goal of collaboratively supporting the key issues held by various communities and local governments in which EdgeCore does business.
The 30 years of results-driven vision and leadership in economic development, revitalization and public-private partnership that Bill brings to EdgeCore comes from his time spent working for municipalities in Arizona, Virginia and New Hampshire. In his most recent role as Director of Economic Development for the City of Mesa, Arizona, Bill focused on business attraction, retention and expansion, entrepreneurship, redevelopment and revitalization programs with the mission of growing the local economy. Prior to joining the City of Mesa, Bill served as Director of Economic Development for the City of Richmond, VA as well as the Destination Manchester Coordinator in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Manchester, NH.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University and both a Master of Science in Community Economic Development and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
