Prior to joining Edgecore, Nicole held several prominent positions including Regional Head of HR and Global People Partner at Partners Group, one of the world’s top private equity firms. During her tenure at Partners Group, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was responsible for building and leading highly effective teams. Before her time at Partners Group, Nicole held senior-level positions at companies of various sizes in industries ranging from healthcare to worldwide recruiting.  Her approach is characterized by a deep commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and creating an environment of trust and respect.

Nicole holds an MBA from Malone University, (Ohio), an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from BPP University (London, England), and a B.Sc. in Business Management from Kent State University (Ohio).
