Olivia leads EdgeCore’s procurement organization, including strategic sourcing, systems and process optimization, contract lifecycle management, vendor management, and complex negotiations resulting in cost savings, efficiencies, and quality assurance for EdgeCore’s business and customers. She is based in EdgeCore’s Denver office.
Olivia brings to EdgeCore specialized expertise in procurement, facilities management, construction, and real estate. Prior to EdgeCore, Olivia was the Global Category Leader for Facilities within IBM’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Procurement Services delivery team. In this role, she was the lead domain procurement expert for her category and brought market knowledge, sourcing expertise, best practices, reduction of expenses, and exceptional results for her clients which included industries such as global manufacturing, logistics, semiconductor, retail, corporate facilities, and technology. Additionally, Olivia earned her Facilities Management Professional (FMP) designation from the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and had successful tenures in facilities and construction for retail and corporate office portfolios. She also served on the property management team for DuPont Fabros Technology where she managed operations for five data centers in Northern Virginia.
Olivia holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. She also holds a M.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Construction Management from Georgetown University.
